The CAS project is at the heart of the IB diploma program. This project is organized around three strands of creativity, activity and service:
Creativity—exploring and extending ideas leading to an original or interpretive product or performance.
Activity—physical exertion contributing to a healthy lifestyle.
Service—collaborative and reciprocal engagement with the community in response to an authentic need.
I wanted my project to help others which is why I am starting a protective mask making project. This project gives many gracious volunteers around the community the opportunity to support the COVID-19 heroes: nurses, people of the medial profession and all those who are working and risking their lives for the safety of others.
My goal is 1000 masks and I need all the help I can get!
