• Can we not remove helmets?

  • Since The Mandalorian has come out, we get this question a lot. No; you can definitely remove your helmet at any time. In fact, sometimes we find it better to take them off, such as when dealing with young children. You should also take your helmet off if you are getting too hot.

• Can we use foam?

  • It's your kit, but we do not recommend it.

• How much does it cost to make a mando kit?

  • This is hard to answer. Your kit could cost anywhere from $500-$3,000. It depends on how much of it you can/will make yourself, and how much of it you are purchasing, and how many accessories you have.

• What tools will I need to build a kit?

  • A Dremel, heat gun, X-Acto knife, scissors, tape, hot glue, sand paper, and Velcro are all very useful tools for working on your kit, but that is not an exhaustive list.
