No, not at this time. Unfortunately with post delays impacted by COVID-19, we cannot guarantee that our products will remain fresh when you receive them. As a result, we have decided not to offer shipping at the moment.

Our treats are all made to order. Therefore, we can only accept cancellation requests up until 48 hours before the day your pickup/delivery. Cancellation requests within 48 hours of the day they were due to be picked up/delivered will not receive a refund.
No, we do not work out of a nut-free environment. We bake with nuts, wheat, eggs, dairy, and soy. We cannot guarantee that our products have not come in contact with other allergens. Individuals with serious food allergies should not consume our products.
Currently we do not offer any gluten-free or vegan products.
Our treats are best enjoyed fresh within 3 days at room temperature and stored away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
If not consumed within 4-5 days, please store the treats in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container. Please bring the treats to room temperature before consuming.
At this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, and all purchases are non-refundable. We take pride in our products and our production standards in maintaining freshness so you can enjoy the most delectable baked goods possible. Normally, our cookies come in a small box (~5 1⁄2 x 2 3⁄4 x 1 3⁄4") lined with parchment paper and our Snowy Squares are packed in a clear pouch. We can also individually wrap each treat to keep them fresher.
Customized box sleeves or cards for corporate gifts, weddings and so on, are also available.
As a home-prepared food business, we follow closely to the AHS low-risk home-prepared food guidelines. This is why all the products that we offer do not require refrigeration. Please read more here to stay informed as a consumer.

We are closely monitoring the recommendations of the medical community and want to be sure that we are doing our best to keep our customers safe. That is why we pay extra attention to cleaning surfaces and objects. Face masks and gloves are worn when handcrafting the treats and are changed frequently. Surfaces are disinfected thoroughly after each batch of treats are made, and handwashing occurs frequently.
