DELIVERY & PICKUP

Yes! There is no minimum for curb-side pickup. Curb-side pick up is located in central Edmonton, Alberta close to Whyte Ave on Saturdays. We will send you the details via email once payment is confirmed.

If the pick up dates do not work for you, please email us so we can schedule another date and time.

We offer FREE delivery on orders over $60 within Edmonton area on Sundays between 1-4pm. For orders under $60, we charge a $5 delivery fee. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact time but we will email you an estimated 1 hour time frame the day before delivery when we map out our route.

For house:

We will call or text you approximately 5 to 10 minutes prior to delivery to let you know we’re on our way. If no one will be home, please provide instructions on how you would like to receive your order. Orders will not be left behind unless instructed to. Failed delivery attempts will be returned for curbside pickup.

For apartments, offices and other delivery situations:

We will call or text approximately 5 to 10 minutes ahead for you to meet us at the building entrance, we are not permitted to enter any apartment buildings or condominiums. Failed delivery attempts will be returned for curbside pickup.

*Deliveries that cannot be made will be the responsibility of the sender to pickup. No refunds will be given if the product isn’t picked up. Please double-check the delivery address before submitting your order. Maison J is not responsible for undelivered treats due to incorrect addresses.

Sorry, not at this time. Unfortunately with post delays impacted by COVID-19, we cannot guarantee that our products will remain fresh when you receive them. It may be something we will consider in the future, but we have decided not to offer shipping at the moment.
