Monday, October 20 - Last Day to Register to Vote
Tuesday, October 28 - Last Day to Apply for a Mail-In or
Civilian Absentee Ballot
Tuesday, November 4 - General Election and Last Day Mail-In Ballots can be Received (by 8 pm)
Judges, Jury Commissioners
Mayor, Commissioners, Council Members
School Board Directors, Tax Collectors
Local Election Officials.
Please check your county voter services office* for the listed positions up for election in your locality.
Online: www.Vote.PA.gov By Mail: Forms available at libraries, PennDOT, state liquor stores, or via your state representative
In-Person: Visit your county election office
📌 Deadline: 15 days before Election Day
📌 Address changes must be made 30 days before Election Day
Eligibility:
U.S. citizen
PA resident for at least 30 days before Election Day
18 years old on or before Election Day
🆔 ID Requirements: PennDOT ID preferred; otherwise, last 4 digits of SSN or other accepted ID
✅ Individuals in pretrial detention, released from prison, or incarcerated for misdemeanors may register and vote.
In Person: At your polling place on Election Day (7 AM – 8 PM) By Mail-In or Absentee Ballot
In Person at County Board of Elections

🔒 Closed Primaries: You must be registered with a party to vote in that party’s primary

Must be received by 8 PM on Election Day
