How to reach to the Mahabodhi Meditation Center ?

Route Details to Mahabodhi Meditation Centre:

By Government Bus from Majestic:

• Take a bus from Majestic Kempegowda Bus Station to Makali Village.

• Hire an Auto rickshaw from Makali Village to Narasipura Village.

• Bus options from Majestic to Makali: 258C, 255A, 258CC, 258A, 258M.

• Ensure you get off at the bus stop before Himalaya Wellness to catch Makali buses.

• Direct buses to Narasipura Village are limited. Direct Bus number 255E, 255N (From Majestic to Narasipura)
  
  
  
  

By Metro

• Start from Majestic Metro (Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Station) to Madavara (the last stop)

• Get down at Madavara, hire an auto from there. You can check with these online cab providers, Uber, OLA, Namma Yatri or any that you may know, compare the prices and facilities as per your convenience. Come to the destination location, Mahabodhi Dhammaduta Vihara. Location given below.

• If you dont want to come through cabs, then please follow the below guide for BMTC buses.

• Go to the opposite side of the road carefully, take BMTC buses which are going towards Makali, frequent buses are available to Makali.

• Get down at Makali, then cross the overbridge and find Huskur Road. Please wait there for either bus number 255E or 255N. These two buses go directly to Narasipura. 

• Get down at Narasipura and walk towards the Mahabodhi Dhammaduta Vihara Meditation Centre,

By Own Vehicle from Bengaluru City:

• Take Tumkur Road (Bengaluru-Mumbai Highway) and cross the Toll Gate at Parle Biscuit Factory.

• Take the exit to the service road after a few meters and continue till Himalaya Wellness Company at Makali Village.

• After Himalaya Wellness, take a U-turn through the underpass, and then the first left onto Huskur Road, which goes towards Golden Palm Hotel & Spa.

• You can continue past the hotel towards TATA Value Homes, APMC yard and cross the small railway overbridge.

• After 200 meters, turn right towards Matthalli Village, then cross Matthalli Village to reach Narasipura Village. Look for the Mahabodhi Meditation Centre signboard.

From Airport (50 km):

• Take the airport road to Bengaluru City and turn left below Hebbala Fly over onto Outer Ring road.

• Continue on the Outer Ring road till Goraguntepalaya Traffic Signal (Taj Vivanta), then turn right onto Mumbai Highway.

• Take the flyover, cross the Toll Gate at Parle Biscuit Factory, and take the exit to the service road.

• Continue on the service road till you reach Himalaya Wellness Company at Makali Village.

• After Himalaya Wellness, take a U-turn through the underpass, and then the first left onto Huskur Road, which goes towards Golden Palm Hotel & Spa.
