As well as cruising events, we have a number of social activities such as the Winter Dinner, Christmas BBQ and Easter at the Lakes (which includes the Magnum Cup race).
Please contact the President or a Committee member to suggest other events to add to our calendar. We would really like to hear from members right across Australia.

A nice lunch (or dinner) with friends ... to talk about boat stuff.
One of the best waterways in Australia. You can enjoy the trip up past Brooklyn and up the Hawkesbury or cruise in calm waterways through the beautiful Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park and then there is Pittwater with its marinas and coffee shops.
We were hoping to get to the Myall Lakes last year but only made it to Lake Macquarie. Myall Lakes is surrounded by national parks and is a great place for peace and solitude (compared to Lake Macquarie). We may launch down the bottom of the Myall River or even Port Stevens. If you are also interested let us know .
Book a berth at Queenscliff Harbor as soon as possible. Contact: John Weatherley
As we have done in prior years many of us are meeting up to see in the New Year. A lot of us come down after Christmas and stay through to the second week of the New Year. Everyone is welcome. If you want to know more please contact one of our cruising committee people - Andrew Forrest or Gene Hodgkinson

Wave the flag at the Lakes. Though some of us may still be at the Lakes since the NY get together others will be coming down to celebrate Australia Day. Its a great time of year to be at the lakes with more predictable weather and winds and fewer people. Come and join us.
We are hoping to organize another Bay cruise. Its been a few years since the last one for various reasons. As we are hoping for optimum weather we are planning it for some time from February to mid March. People may be launching from a number of locations and at this point we will meet at Portarlington. From there we hope to sail to other locations however that will be people and weather dependent.

Leave the mast at home! We are hoping that the river will be open with the bridge situation resolved. This is a fantastic cruise on a beautiful river with some lovely wineries to visit.
