Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, accessing, or using any part of the website the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C").

Products & Service

MagicMelt specializes in premium, 100% vegetarian, handcrafted chocolates and confectionery (Cake Pops, Customized Chocolates, etc.). All products are subject to availability and are sold as described on the Site. A. Allergens & Dietary Information: While our products are vegetarian, they are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten. Customers with severe allergies consume our products at their own risk. All ingredients are listed on the product pages where feasible. B. Product Variation: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and decoration may occur, particularly with customized items and cake pops.

Order Acceptance & Pricing

A. Order Confirmation: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. B. Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order.

Payment & Billing

All payments must be made at the time of purchase via the available payment methods (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets) through our payment gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay). By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Refer to our separate Shipping, Exchange, and Refund Policy for detailed terms regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds. The terms of that policy are incorporated into this T&C.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and product designs (including custom chocolate designs), is the property of MagicMelt and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

MagicMelt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products or services offered. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Andhra pradesh, e.g., the Republic of India and the courts of Visakhapatnam shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
