At MagicMelt, every item—from our handcrafted chocolates to our cake pops—is made with the finest vegetarian ingredients, meticulous care for hygiene, and secure packaging. Given the delicate and perishable nature of our products, our policies on shipping, cancellation, and refunds are strict to ensure freshness and quality.
Order Cancellation Policy (No Cancellations)
All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we immediately begin the preparation process (which includes ingredient sourcing, batch scheduling, or customization, if applicable). Therefore, we do not accept any requests for order cancellations. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery Risk (Liability)
A. Processing & Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within [2-3] business days (Standard) or [2-5] days (Customized), unless otherwise noted. B. Shipping Method: We utilize specialized, insulated packaging and cooling agents (like gel packs) to protect your products from temperature changes during transit. C. Delivery Risk and Responsibility: The risk of loss, melting, or damage to the product is transferred to the customer upon dispatch from our premises. MagicMelt is not responsible for any issues arising after the package leaves our facility. This includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by the courier, theft, loss, or melting due to climate, or failure by the customer to receive the package immediately upon delivery. D. Address Errors: We ship exactly to the address provided by you. If a package is undeliverable or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, no refund or replacement will be provided.
Exchange and Refund Policy (No Returns/Exchanges)
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, and strict quality and hygiene standards: We do not offer any exchange or refund on any product sold. All products are non-returnable. This policy is in place to guarantee that every customer receives a product that has been handled and shipped only once, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
Exception: Incorrect Item Shipped
The only exception to our policy is if you receive an item that is not what you ordered (e.g., you ordered Milk Chocolate but received White Chocolate). In this rare event: 1. You must notify us at indumanoj225@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. 2. Attach clear photographs of the incorrect item, the box, and the shipping label. If verified, we will arrange to ship the correct product to you.
