Educational Office Professional of the Year Award is to honor an outstanding Office Professional for their membership and leadership in professional associations, personal contributions, and achievements in education, and support of educational office professionals. 

Eligibility Requirements:

You must apply by November 30,2025

• Candidate must be a current member of NAEOP and must have held membership for a

minimum of three consecutive years immediately prior to nomination.

• Candidate must be a member of the MAEOP affiliate association submitting the nomination.

• Candidate must be a current member of MAEOP and must have held membership for a

minimum of three consecutive years immediately prior to nomination.

•  Candidate must currently be employed as an education office professional (i.e., secretary, clerk,

bookkeeper, registrar, library aide, etc.).

•  Candidate must have been employed as an office professional for a minimum for five (5) years in

an educational institution, agency, public or private school, college or university.

Application Process:

Complete the Application forms which includes: Nomination form, Education/PSP/Professional Associations/Community Form, Personnel Rating Form,  and Letters of Recommendation (maximum of 3) . Application materials must be POSTMARKED by November 30,2025 and submitted to the MAEOP Affiliations Chair Patrice Jones.

(All items must be completed. Failure to complete the form in its entirety will result in disqualification.)

Educational Administrator of the Year Award is to honor an outstanding Educational Administrator for their membership and leadership in professional associations, personal contributions, and achievements in education, and support of educational office professionals.

Eligibility Requirements:

You must apply by November 30,2025

1.Candidate must be currently employed as an educational administrator.

2. Candidate must have been employed as an educational administrator for five (5) years.

3. Candidate must be a member of the national association which represents his/her professional occupation.

Complete the Application forms which includes: Nomination form, Education/Membership/Leadership/Achievements Form/Support of Education Office Professionals and  Letters of Recommendations (maximum of 3).Application materials must be POSTMARKED by November 30,2025 and submitted to the MAEOP Affiliations Chair Patrice Jones.
