As Mississippi Association of Educational Office Professionals President for 2022-2023, I am greatly honored to serve this group. I am delighted to welcome our new members, the board of directors, and the affiliates. "Eminence during Uncertainty" is our theme this year. Although we are experiencing challenging times amidst a pandemic, we will remain eminent and steadfast in our mission, affirming that education is the birthright of every human being, and we pledge to preserve it for everyone. Through the Association's five-point program of membership, advancement, education, opportunity, and professionalism, we will continue to provide professional growth opportunities, leadership, and service to employees in education.

I am proud of the Association's past accomplishments, including the “Launch of MAEOP”, as well as its year of “Resilience” in delivering successful professional developments and conferences using modern technology. In the future, we will increase value-added programming for our members based on these well-constructed plans. In order to increase membership, we will collaborate with educational leadership throughout the state to bring awareness and provide a comprehensive approach to clarifying who we are.
