StoryCorps is a non-profit organization that records and shares stories of people all over the world. People from different cultures can connect and tell their stories. It includes a collection of stories from people of different cultures and backgrounds that can be used to promote cultural awareness and empathy in the classroom.

The Children's Book Council is a non-profit organization that promotes children's literature. It includes resources for educators and librarians, including booklists that highlight diverse authors and books. I will definetly be using some of the resources provided by the Children's Book Council in my future classroom.
