Godfrey decides to help Osmund and Pari train to defend themselves during hairy situations. Godfrey becomes a father figure to Osmund, and he does his best to make him proud.

Eventually becomes part of a mutually formed team of vigilantes alongside Osmund and Safiya, all trained by Godfrey. Osmund cares for Pari like a sister and would do anything for her (including hiding the bodies), even though she teases him and calls him names like "teacher's pet."
