This video is from when Robin&Oliva was first performed in 2015 at the New Voices festival. We remounted independantly in 2018. Josh and I worked to develop this piece over 3 years. I remain incredibly proud of what we made together.
I went to theatre school! I did heaps of acting during these 4 years, and prior to that HS drama class + festivals, and summer musical theatre camp were my 🍞 and 🧈. I had a very narrow view of what it meant to be an actor (financial insecurity, working when others say you can, depending on the validation of others) and I wanted no piece of it. I decided not to pursue Acting, and put it in my review mirror.
I'm now able to hold a broader definition of what it means to be an actor, and I am reinbahiting this aspect of my self. Here is some footage from class, as I get back on the saddle.
Too Much - Olivia
Dangerous Game - Tina
My dear Josh made several dance videos during the pandemic. I helped in a variety of ways. I'm also just pleased to show off his work.

I've also made some videos for work. These I pulled together start to finish, including concept, interviews, and editing.
The research lab I work for, Cohere For AI, has it's origins in for.ai, one of the first distributed machine learning research labs. To commemorate our foundation, I made this video, with interviews of three of the original for.ai members.
This video was created to mark 1 year since the Covid-19 pandemic lockdowns. During this time, I was the Communications Coordinator for the School of Performance. Our poor acting, dance, and production students were trying to learn their crafts over zoom. On Marxh 12, I had them film bits of their days and edited them together to create this snapshot of a very strange time.
I created this audio story as part of Fixt Point's Empathy Squad, 1st cohort. Through the program I learn interview technique and audio editing. I was glad to get to dive into one of my favourite topics - the value of amateur art. Through one of the interviews featured in this story (Martin), I became involved with the NAGs Community Theatre, and have since been the Stage Manger for two of the British Pantomines (The Snow Queen, 2020, and Cinderella-ella-ella, 2023).
In 2021 I took the Chang School's Certificate in Inclusive Media. Here I learned live re-speaking (a captioning technique to make live video material accessible to the Deaf community), and I specialised in Audio Description (an assistive tool to make visual cultural information available to people who are blind or experience low-vision).
