In Microsoft word I learned how to insert a table of contents using the title, headings, and subheadings styles.

I also learned how easy it is to insert a ciation.

Im pretty familar with powerpoint, but the slide views is something new I learned. This can be extremely helpful when looking at slideshow for a class if there is multiple slides covering one piece of information you can view it all at once.
