Welcome to my research and coaching website

Throughout my career - spanning international consultancies, NGOs and higher education - my core driver has always been people development. I led cross-functional, interdisciplinary projects and delivered high-impact, workshops and training on marine conservation and sustainable tourism and, since 2020, shifted the focus to employability, professional growth and workplace wellbeing. 

Since 2020, I have been coaching and training young professionals, students and researchers in employability, career management, personal wellbeing and self-confidence, among others.
