In one-to-one coaching, I hold a space for you to unload your tangled thoughts, to see, hear, analyse and rearrange them, make sense of it all and eventually choose your way forward.
You and I become a team that co-creates your journey towards the lifestyle you wish for yourself. We build our shared space to be shaped on us, be safe and welcoming, and conducive to your growth and development.
Sessions can take place online, on the phone or in-person (ideally outdoors, if you are based near Edinburgh, Scotland) in English or Italian.

Please note that coaching differs from mentoring, couselling and advising. In particular, my coaching is non-directive. That is, I don't give or suggest solutions, answers or guidance based on my knowledge or personal experience. I use listening and coaching skills to help you spot and address confusion, incongruences and limitations, learn form your experience, and set the course that is right for you.
Parent with a young baby? You might be able to bring them to the session; just get in touch beforehand so we can discuss pros and cons of doing it, and the logistics.
Not keen on having the spotlight on you? If you fear that individual sessions bring too much attention and pressure on you, perhaps you might feel more comfortable trying a group coaching session or workshop first. In any case, I suggest we have a chat together, see if we click, and discuss potential concerns and doubts we might have.
