Beacon Terminal essentially combines four programs in one comprehensive locale for the city of Beacon; a train station, ferry terminal, open market, and public park. Replacing the existing train station, It includes two floors with market opportunities and additional levels of underground and elevator parking, eliminating the previous need for a large parking lot. The previous lot is now redesigned as landscape to reference the gestures of the building. This creates an enjoyable environment and renders Beacon a destination, not just a mode of transportation.
