Team Check-In Information

All teams must check in ONLINE on AES by Thursday, January 22nd, 2026. 

Follow steps below to check-in your teams:
Log into AES.

• Click the “My Teams” link on the left hand side under Registration.

• Click “Check In” next to the team you would like to check in to the event.

• Click the “Click here to verify and save your roster” to make any changes or to check your roster and click the “Save Roster” button.

• Once saved, fill in the name and phone number to electronically sign the roster. *Make sure that the phone number is correct for the onsite contact of the team.*

• Click the “Check In” button.

• Once checked in, you will see that the team status has changed to “Checked In” on the main screen under the “My Teams” Section.
