Competition Dates: Saturday, January 24 to Sunday, January 25, 2026
Location: AdventHealth Fieldhouse at Chain of Lakes Park // 210 Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven, FL 33880. Additional sites may be added if needed.
Entry Fee & Deadline: $350 per team. Entry deadline is December 29, 2025 or earlier if capacity is reached.
Divisions: Girls' divisions - 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, 18U
Team Cancellation: Withdrawals made in writing by December 29, 2025 will receive a 50% refund. Any team withdrawing after December 29, 2025 will forfeit its entire entry fee. Withdrawal requests must be made in writing to mach3events@gmail.com. Convenience fees are non-refundable.
Check-In: All teams must check in ONLINE on AES by January 22, 2026.
Competition Format & Schedule: Pool play will take place on Saturday, January 24 with AM & PM waves. Single elimination bracket play and finals will take place on Sunday, January 25. The live schedule on AES is the official schedule and will be updated if changes are necessary.
Roster Info: Team rosters may include up to 14 players and 3 adult staff personnel. Team rosters are required by December 29, 2025. You must submit an AAU verified AES roster by this date. Roster changes are permitted up until January 22, 2026.
Spectator Info: Admission is $15 per person per day and $25 for a length-of-event-pass. Children under 2 are FREE.
We HIGHLY encourage the purchase of passes ahead of time for quick entry. Once purchased, the buyer will receive a receipt via email with a QR code. So they will need to make sure to enter their email address correctly. They will then need to show the QR code at admissions to receive the appropriate wristband. Tickets are non-transferable.
Spectators will NOT be allowed on the playing floor, all spectators will be directed to the spectator viewing area which is upstairs in the venue. Spectators may bring their own chairs, some bleacher seating is provided per court.
Hotels: Hotel blocks are available through www.volleyballhotels.com/mach-3-events. Please book your hotels as soon as possible. Rooms are limited and the area’s occupancy is high with other events. Food Options: The facility operates a concession stand that will be open both days. We will also have some amazing food trucks right outside the main entrance. There is also a Panera Bread, Chick-fil-a (Saturday only),and Starbucks, and all within walking distance on the same side of the street. Without listing them all, there are plenty of places with varying food selections close by including Publix and Walmart.
No food or drinks allowed within the gym area. All food and drink (besides water or sports drink) must be consumed in the lobby, outside, or the upstairs of the facility. All water and sports drinks on the gym floor must have a closed capped lid (no straws allowed).
