Tangerine Tango Grand Prix

Competition Dates:  Saturday, May 11 to Sunday, May 12, 2024.

Location:  AdventHealth Fieldhouse at Chain of Lakes Park  //  210 Cypress  Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven, FL 33880. 

Entry Fee & Deadline:  $395 per team. Entry deadline is April 22, 2024 or earlier if capacity if reached. 

Divisions:  Girls' divisions - 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, 18U

Team Cancellation: Withdrawals made in writing by April 22, 2024 will receive a 50% refund. Any team withdrawing after April 22, 2024 will forfeit its entire entry fee. Withdrawal requests must be made in writing to mach3events@gmail.com. Convenience fees are non-refundable.

Check-In: All teams must check in ONLINE on AES by May 9, 2024. Click here for instructions on how to check-in online. 

Competition Format & Schedule: Pool play will take place on Saturday, May 11 with AM & PM waves. Single elimination bracket play and finals will take place on Sunday, May 12. Playing schedule will be posted by the Wednesday prior to the tournament. Please note tournament books will not be provided. The schedule on AES is the official schedule and will be updated if changes are necessary. 

Roster Info:  Team rosters may include up to 13 players and 3 adult staff personnel. Team rosters are required by April 22, 2024. You must submit an AAU verified AES roster by this date. Roster changes are permitted up until May 9, 2024. 

Spectator InfoAdmission is $14 per person per day and $25 for a length-of-event-pass.  Children under 2 are FREE.  To purchase, click here

We HIGHLY encourage the purchase of passes ahead of time for quick entry. Once purchased, the buyer will receive a receipt via email with a QR code. So they will need to make sure to enter their email address correctly. They will then need to show the QR code at admissions to receive the appropriate wristband. Tickets are non-transferable. 

Spectators will NOT be allowed on the playing floor, all spectators will be directed to the spectator viewing area which is upstairs in the venue. Spectators may bring their own chairs, some bleacher seating is provided per court.

Food Options: The facility operates a concession stand that will be open both days. We will also have a yummy donut truck Saturday and Sunday and a hot dog truck on Sunday only. There is also a Panera Bread, Chick-fil-a (Saturday only), Starbucks, and Boston Market all within walking distance on the same side of the street. Without listing them all, there are plenty of places with varying food selections close by including Publix and Walmart.  

THIS IS AN AAU VOLLEYBALL GRAND PRIX EVENT

Winners receive a FREE* entry into the AAU National Championships in Orlando, FL or the Volleyball Festival in Phoenix, AZ.

Winning teams in age divisions with 16 or more girls' teams or 12 or more boys' teams will receive a free entry fee to the AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships or the Volleyball Festival. * In divisions with less than the required about of minimum teams, the entry fee will be discounted.
