I try to find reliable data of switch on/off delay of Russian coaxial relays type REW 15. Found one source, claimed delay of 30ms to switch ON and 10ms to switch OFF, it looks strange to me, so I decided to check it by myself. If you have one of them(i suppose the delay of REW 14 /рэв 14/ is not far away of REW 15 /рэв 15/) and need to know it's parameters for sequencer, QSK mod or whatever, here it is:

Normal Open pin1
Time to switch ON: 10 ms

Time to switch OFF: 13 ms

Time to disconnect after applying control voltage 24V DC: 7~8 ms
Time to connect after disconnecting control voltage 24V DC: 17~18 ms
Switching ON sequence:
at 0 ms applying Actuating Voltage 24V DC
at 7-8 ms NC pin3 is disconnected from pin2
at 10 ms NO pin1 is connected to pin2
Switching OFF sequence:
at 0 ms removing Actuating Voltage 24V DC
at 13 ms NO pin1 is disconnected from pin2
at 17-18 ms NC pin3 is connected to pin2
Measurements done with notebook, simple USB audio device (like in measurements of ALC of FT-857) and this schematic:
For QSK calculations: T=1200/W, where T is dot in ms, W is CW speed in words per minute.
