What is an International Section?
A bilingual and bicultural programme designed to enrich learners' academic and cultural experience.
Established by the French Education Ministry in cooperation with partner countries. It integrates both language and culture into the learning process.
This programme goes beyond language and acquisition. It incorporates the educational approaches, traditions, and perspectives of the partner country within the French school system.
International Section (IS) welcomes both French and international learners offering an environment that is not only bilingual but truly bicultural.

Bio
Teachers in international sections are usually native speakers of the language they teach
They also hold a teaching degree from the partner country.
In all cases, their appointment must be approved by the Education Minister
