LX FAMILY ROLEPLAY TERMS OF SERVICE
Procedures: Every Member is required to read the LX Family Roleplay's Terms of Service to ensure we are a safe, respectful, and kind roleplay. When you violate the rules, you are asked to leave the server depending on your punishment:
Warning
2nd warning w/ a MIR
1 day ban (x2)
3 day ban
7-14 day ban
1 month ban
Termination from LX FAMILY
For serious offenses, the following procedures can be bypassed and permanetly banned from LX FAMILY.
If you understood the bans and warnings of the LX FAMILY Roleplay, please try your best to not get a warning or ban!
Terms of Service:
Members must be online every day! Very simple!
1a: Morning RPs (on Saturday on sunday, and sometimes weekdays) are 6:55AM through 10:45AM
1b: Weekdays: 3:35PM-6:00PM
1c: Failure to comply will result from a warning to a MR
Swearing is allowed, just don't use it too much..
Do not false report players.
You need Discord, TikTok, and X (twitter)
You are not allowed to expose or send out people's real names.
You are not to beg for ranks at all.

7: You may not start an RP of:
Sexual Roleplay
Child Neglect
School Shootings
Narcotic Roleplay
Alcoholic Roleplay
Suicidal/Graphic Roleplay
Any type of Bomb Roleplay

Anything of similar nature not mentioned above
Anything against Roblox TOS
8: You cannot tell people to:
1. Fail Roleplay
2. Failure to comply with rules
3. Leave the server
9: Committing too many crimes
You may not commit too many crimes within a short time period.
10: Cop baiting
Also known as 'scene baiting'. This involves abruptly committing a crime OR creating a scene solely to attract attention from law enforcement. Some examples include:
Brake checking a cop to start a pursuit.
Walking up to a cop doing a traffic stop and punching them from behind.
Acting like a sovereign citizen.
Since vehicles do not appear out of thin air in real life, you can only spawn vehicles in certain places. These include:
Your own house
Your friends' properties, provided they consent
Greenville Post Office (Employees may spawn their work vehicle when starting their shift, and their personal vehicle when ending their shift)
Hunty's Pizza Palace (Employees may spawn their work vehicle when starting their shift, and their personal vehicle when ending their shift)
Downplaying the severity of an accident
Let's say you hit a stop sign (or any other inanimate object). Ideally, you:call the city and offer to pay for damages, OR
notify the owner of the property, exchange information, and resolve civilly

12: Fail Roleplay (colloquially known as FRP or fail RP) refers to the state of disregard of actions that consequentially follow as a result of actions taken within a roleplay, or by performing actions that contradict the realistic nature of a roleplay. Examples include:
Speeding down a road at over 55 MPH
Breaking free from handcuffs with voodoo powers.
Summoning a toilet, then saying that it made that Trooper you were running from crash into a ditch
Putting a Hellcat engine in a school bus, then using it to participate in illegal drag races
Smashing a 2015 Ramsey 50 at 200 MPH with exploits into the Little Ones Daycare Center
There are FRP speed benchmarks which vary depending on peacetime status/priority status. Travelling above these benchmarks constitutes FRP. FRP rules vary based on the roleplay discord for Greenville.
[70 MPH] when peacetime is on. It is advised to follow the posted speed limit.
[85 MPH] when peacetime is off.
[95 MPH] when you have priority.
[55 MPH] Speed limit on the most of the Greenville streets.
13: Online Dating/Sexual Content
Online dating on Roblox is against the platform's community standards and can lead to account punishments, such as suspensions or bans. These rules are in place to prevent inappropriate and sexually explicit behavior, including seeking real-world romantic relationships, engaging in flirtatious or harassing conversations, and creating content that depicts sexual acts. Participating in online dating can also lead to serious real-world consequences, including potential legal issues.
14: Scams and Illegal Sales
We do not permit members, or any other Roblox User to deploy or discuss deceptive schemes or methods of cheating in our severs, including:
Using exploits to gain an unfair advantage anywhere on the servers
Sharing exploits with others or encouraging others to cheat
Selling items with misleading or inaccurate descriptions
Misrepresenting your real or virtual world identity in an effort to mislead others
Attempting to access another user’s account without their authorization
Posting misleading links for the purpose of gaining unauthorized access to others’ accounts or information, either on Roblox or elsewhere (i.e., phishing), can result a exploit report to either Roblox, LX Family Admin Team, or both.
15: Terrorism and Violent Extremism
LX FAMILY Roleplay has a zero tolerance policy for content or behavior that incites, condones, supports, glorifies, or promotes any terrorist or extremist organization or individual (foreign or domestic), and their ideology, or actions, including:
Depictions of or support for terrorist or extremist attacks
Depictions of or support for the leaders or representatives of terrorist or extremist organizations
Sharing the slogans, images, flags, manifestos, or icons of terrorist or extremist organizations, either in whole or in readily identifiable part
References to the ideologies, messages, or strategies of terrorist and extremist organizations
Expressing support, condoning, or glorifying terrorist extremist ideologies or actions
Recruiting membership for a terrorist or extremist organization, or encouraging others to leave Roblox to find such information
Fundraising for terrorist or extremist organizations, people, or supporting groups
Expressing support, condoning, or glorifying mass shootings and other acts of domestic terrorism or violent extremism
16: Disruptive Content and Behavior
Using bots that are programmed to run disruptive tasks
Uploading content that contains obfuscated code or hidden scripts that mislead end users or create disruptive experiences for them
Injecting background noise into underlying audio that makes the intended audio unintelligible
Injecting excessive loudness, screaming, or harsh noises that disrupts others’ experience, either in uploaded audio or through chat with voice
Falsely reporting other users or experiences or encouraging others to do so
Invading or flooding experiences or groups in an effort to disrupt the experience or its reputation
