How do we get on the aircraft?
At LX FAMILY Airlines, we offer boarding groups to decide who gets to board first and who gets to board last.
Group 1A
Group 1A is for those who are TSA Pre-Checked, which is GROUP 1A called Preboard.
Group 1B
If you are traveling with a miltary ID, then this is when you board after Preboard/1A. Group 1B is for people who has a miltary ID or a passport.
Group 2
If you are traveling with a child or a group of 3 people of four or more, then you will board after 1B, in Group 2. Group 2 is for people who are traveling with a child.
Group 3 (LAST GROUP)
All remaining passengers, if you are traveling by yourself, and you do not have TSA PreCheck, then you get to board last after Group 1A, 1B, and 2.
How to get the exit row?
Our exit row is located in Row 12 and 13. Here's how you can get access to these rows.
1.
If you are seated in a exit row, you must be 15 years old or older. Passengers under the age of 15 will need to select a non-exit row. By selecting our exit rows, you may not travel with a child or a infant.
2.
FAA regulations requires passengers seated in the exit row, including the window seat(A, F) be able and willing to assist in a emergency. You get more legroom than the other rows. However, we do not offer seat-back tv(s). Instead, we have a emergency toolkit that you can use in an emergency.
3.
If the aircraft does not have a exit row, this means it is newer and the exit row(s) were removed due to having people who were unable to assist in a emergency. We also removed it because we will actully have double jetways on a A321, 757, 737 MAX-9 and 737 MAX 10.
4.
If you are unable, uncomrtable, or want to be seated in a diffrent row, you may ask a flight attendant to be moved.
