LVRP LEO Roleplay Standards
LVRP LEO Roleplay Standards
Officers must behave as they would in real world situations
Actions should reflect professionalism & respect for the police role, avoiding unrealistic behavior (Ex. unnecessary use of force)
Use in-game tools / features like radio & cellphone correctly and realistically.
Common FRP scenes to avoid
Avoid rusing scenarios such as instantly cuffing a suspect without communication, this is called cuff rushing.
Do not abuse game features unrealistically, such as using cars to get into weird areas.
Try to not engage in combat, and follow all the game rules specified in the main server server guidelines channel.
Handling non-compliant or aggressive players
Remain calm and professional when interacting with these civilians
Try to de-escalate the scene before resorting to force or the intervention of a moderator
If you see an incident involving FRP, gather evidence of it & report it to a staff member
Maintaining immersion and realism in roleplay
Always stay in character unless the situation requires you to (Ex. clarifying something, like a 10 code)
Avoid breaking immersion by talking about unrelated topics during scenarios
Ensure that your actions align with the roleplay expectations, laws and game guidelines of the server.
