For this project, the content was presented as micro learning - then content was broken up into concise, standalone chunks organised as topics. I used Bloom's taxonomy to write learning objectives. Once completed this plan was handed off to a writer who completed the script.
In this example, I used Adobe Captivate to create a software simulation for a console used to control hardware appliances.
I used smart shapes (highlighted in blue) to link to different simulated screens, giving the effect of a working set of tabs. Hover boxes were marked in orange - when a user hovers their curser over an interface element, a panel with information on the selected element displays.
