Performance Indicators
- Uses data of student learning to guide planning.
- Plans time realistically for pacing, content coverage, and transitions.
- Plans for differentiated instruction.
- Aligns lesson objectives to school curriculum.
- Develops appropriate long and short-range plans, and is able to adapt plans when needed.
- Coordinates planning with grade level team, department members or other colleagues.
My units are fully available online:
- diverse resources and materials
- differentiation: different type of activities to learn vocabulary: visuals / Quizlet / synonyms / cognates / etc.
- activities we do in class
- clarifications in English for students that need reassurance
- ideas for enrichment
This allows my students to know the content we are going to be learning in class ahead of time and also review after a lesson accessing easily all class resources.

I use google forms to collect data from my students on specific resources to know more deeply how they feel about it and more academic data such as, how their grammar has progressed through specific activities, etc. after this, I re-think my classes and change/adapt something if needed (almost always)
