Delete your Lumi account

Publish this at /delete-account. Google Play requires a deletion route that works without installing the app, and asks for this URL in the Data Safety form.

You can delete your Lumi account and everything in it. There are two ways.

In the app (fastest)

Settings → Delete my account. You will see exactly what is removed, then type DELETE to confirm. It happens immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email boonyboonapp@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account.

We will confirm within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask one question to verify the request came from you — we will never ask for your password.

⚠️ Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Billing is handled by Google Play, not by us, so we cannot stop it on your behalf. If you delete your account without cancelling, you will keep being charged.

To cancel: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lumi → Cancel subscription.

Do that first, then delete your account.

What is deleted

• Your birth date, birth time and birth place

• Your chart and every reading generated from it

• Any partner details you entered for compatibility readings

• Your tarot draws and AI Astrologer conversations

• Your streak, statistics, and notification history

• Your email address and account record

What we keep, and why

An anonymised record of any purchases. Tax and accounting law requires us to retain transaction records for several years. What we keep is the product, the price, the date and the store — with your identity stripped out. It cannot be linked back to you, and it contains none of your personal or astrological data.

Nothing else is retained.

Want a copy first?

Deletion is irreversible, so export your data before you go if you want it: Settings → Delete my account → Download my data, or email boonyboonapp@gmail.com and ask for a copy. You get a JSON file containing everything we hold, including your birth details.

Someone entered your details without asking

If you are not a Lumi user but believe someone entered your birth details for a compatibility reading, email boonyboonapp@gmail.com and we will delete them. You do not need an account, and you do not need to tell us who entered them.
