My teaching philosophy is that all learners are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment (distance, face-to-face or online) where they can grow mentally, emotionally, and socially. I believe on individualized and self-directed learning. I am outcome driven and takes in pride when learners enjoy & excited about their learning milestones.

Why now - why is this the moment to become a teacher trainer?
Changes in the industry challenges HE institutions to go beyond just teaching curriculum and that needs teachers to be trained on other skills that forms part of graduate attributes can be incorporated. Diversity of our learners, large class groups, emerging technologies such artificial intelligence, robotics, virtual reality demand that institutions re-think education and thus train the trainer will play a major role.
