My pets, and the beach, are two very important supports in my life because they restore my inner peace in a time of global tumult and uncertainty. Through my own personal therapeutic work, and witnessing the growth of the people who see me for therapy, I am a hopeful therapist because I know that healing from hardship and trauma is not only possible but absolutely worth it.
My Approach
I mainly use gestalt therapy principles in my approach as a therapist. The aim of gestalt therapy is to raise awareness of what you want, need, and long for. Together, we can experiment with ways to love all these parts of yourself, so you can integrate more self-loving ways of being in the world, have more satisfying life experiences, and deepen your relationship with yourself, others, and your communities.
I am a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA Member no. 31719) and adhere to the PACFA Registration Standards & Associated Registration Standards
