Description:
This project highlights technology usage and digital divide in other countries. It gives information about technology and culture and how these countries differ from one another. I chose the European country of Italy and my partner chose Greece.
Interesting Fact: Italy is one of the most old-fashioned countries in the world. It has very little ethnic diversity but still has the most welcoming citizens.
Lessons Learned:
E-waste is a term used to describe technology that has lived out its lifespan and is not much use anymore. Only 82% of Greeks had a smartphone in 2019. Italy had 50.5 million internet users in 2021. Greece is just starting to use technology. Me and my partner both made word documents analyzing tech usage in both countries. We compared and contrasted Italy and Greece's advancements on the powerpoint.
