5.00 pm – Doors open at Victoria Hall

6.00 pm – First part of the concert

6.45 pm – Interval

Between 7.00 pm and 7.15 pm – Second part of the concert

8.00 pm – End of the concert

Between 8.15 pm and 8.30 pm – A cocktail reception with Lucy for those holding a VIP ticket. Your ticket will be checked … so it’s important to have your ticket with you. Also, out of respect for Lucy, the cocktail reception will only begin once Lucy enters the Victoria Hall bar.

10.00 pm – End of the cocktail reception

Very important notes for cocktail reception attendees : 

To ensure that Lucy can come and greet each of you, and that her time is divided equally amongst you all, we ask that you split into small groups of 5 to 6 people and leave enough space for her to move around. We will ensure that she is able to visit each group. Thank you for your understanding.
