Dress code : Elegant

5.30 pm – Doors open; registration begins; wristbands distributed.

6.00 pm – Cocktail reception begins on the terraces of the Imperial Public.

6.30 pm – Guests enter the hall

6.45 pm – First part of the concert

7.30 pm – Dinner begins – excluding dessert

8.30 pm – Second part of the concert

9.15 pm – End of the concert

9.30 pm – Dessert served

9.45 pm – Photo session begins

12.00 am – Photo session ends.

Important note:

The entrance to the conference centre is called “Restaurant Bleu Impérial et Spa” and is located to the right of the main entrance to the Imperial Palace Hotel.

You will be given a wristband on arrival. You must keep this on at all times throughout the evening, as it is required to receive your cocktail, enjoy your meal and have your photo taken (for those who have purchased a Platinum ticket).

During the cocktail reception, you are welcome to go down into the gardens and approach the lake, but please be aware that you will be in a public area, and cocktails will only be served on the terraces.

To make Lucy’s and the photographer’s work easier, a hostess will come round to collect you table by table. It is important to come forward when the hostess calls you; otherwise, it will disrupt the photo session, which requires very careful organisation. Anyone who does not come forward with their table group will be seen last, provided the total time limit is not exceeded. Out of respect for Lucy, who will have a demanding task ahead of her after a very intense concert, this part of the evening leaves no room for improvisation or searching for people… That is why we are counting on your cooperation.
