We drilled two holes into the metal for the bolts. We used the drill bits U, and I. The bolts were 5/16 and 24, and 7/16, and 14. The torque bolt later (didn't get any pictures because partner was absent so I was rushing) was 7/16 and 14.

After identifying what both bolts measurements were I made two holes and tapped them both.
