We are looking for a new Sergeants
This role is recruited as needed by the Chief Inspector. Below outlines the process.
Stage 1) If there are multiple candidates, they are notified and will be invited to an interview with the CI of Response
Stage 2) If there are multiple candidates, they are notified and will be invited to an interview with the CI of Response. This interview will assess the candidate against their knowledge of the LSPS, their current performance, what they would do in the role and how this would work with the current command and direction the unit is going.
Stage 3 ) Promotion issued and/or feedback provided
