Loke A. Babb. was born in a crime-infested area in Dallas, Texas 1989. Loke had a long life ahead of him. His Dad had disappeared and was nowhere to be in his life. When he turned Twelve on the 12th of May, 2001, Loke went out in the street to go for a walk when he saw a kid getting robbed on the corner of the alley, two Purpled t-shirted, looking to be in a gang of some sort. The kid was getting beat up and stabbed. A gunshot flared off in the other direction of the alley, causing Loke to run off when shortly after a rivalry came into the scene. It was three yellow T-shirted men with Glock 17's in each of their hands. This incident shocked Loke, making him rethink the whole decision of becoming a garbage man for the Texas Republic Waste. Instead, he started to think about that kid's safety more than his. When he turned 15 the first thing he learned was to drive a car, during this process, the same three purpled t-shirted individuals stepped out in front of their car and pulled out guns ordering them to get out. They had an AK-47 pointed straight at them, loaded and ready to shoot. After that, he had to do something but in the current area he was in, it had no police presence. He wanted to go to the most crime-rated city there was in America, Los Santos. When he begged his mom to travel, she got an upstanding job and decided to make the move to Los Santos. When Loke turned 20 in 2009, they have finally settled into Los Santos in the Vespucci area in a middle-class apartment, but Loke didn't care about the house they lived in, Loke cared about the education at the University. After a long time at the university, when he turned 23, he applied for the police academy, and after the grueling 28-weeks of the police academy, Loke got the job. He served in the department for an extended period and is now 33 years old, Corporal Loke B. 2B-36.
