How can I consult?
Go to the BluPHR website through this link: https://bluepass.ateneo.edu/
Sign-in using your Ateneo email account.
Go to the dashboard, click the book appointment icon and choose your preferred schedule.
You will receive a confirmation once the booking is confirmed.
Our Nurses will pre-screen all patients for verification and information gathering then direct to the doctor’s on duty within 24 hours of receiving a request. You may be contacted by the nurse through email or through your contact number for verification.
If you have any difficulties with booking you may also request booking assistance through regular email to healthservices.ls@ateneo.edu.
Can I get a prescription?
Yes, Doctors can write prescriptions and prescription refills.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes, Kindly email healthservices.ls@ateneo.edu or message us at FB page: Ateneo LS Health Services to cancel your appointment. Also, please mention your scheduled appointment.
Can I report emergency or urgent care situations?
Online consultations do not cover urgent situations or emergencies. For more critical concerns, you will have to consult your primary healthcare provider.
What are the clinic schedules?
For medical consultation we are open during Monday to Friday - 8:00am-6:00pm Saturday - 8:00am-4:00pm, Sunday Closed
Is my consultation private?
Yes, Higher Education Office of Health Services Loyola Schools is committed to ensuring that your personal information shared over our Site and/or Services is protected and kept confidential.
Can outside the Ateneo community may consult?
No, on booking for consultation only person with an Ateneo email can proceed for consultation
Is there any consultation fee?
There are no consultation fees though our services are limited to members of the community.
