Rules & SOP

All members are required to follow all of LSDOJ's Rules & SOP's at all times! Fail to follow them can result in disciplinary action, please find all the information required on this page!

LSDOJ operates on fairness, maturity and integrity, every rule is designed to maintain balance between realism and enjoyment in our sessions! All members are expected to conduct themselves as professionals both in and out of roleplay representing the LSDOJ community with extreme pride

• Staff & Command reserve the right to act on any behaviour that disrupts the server, even if not listed in the rules

• Lying, falsifying information or impersonating another member is grounds for immediate removal

• Rule enforcement applies equally to all ranks, no one is exempt from disciplinary review

Disciplinary Structure

All violations within the LSDOJ's Rules or SOP's are handled through a structured review process to ensure fairness and accountability

Level 1 Infractions (Warning)

• Verbal Warning

• Written Warning

Level 1 Infractions will be sent out to members for first time offences, either a verbal or a written warning will be issued!

Level 2 Infractions (Suspension)

• 3 Day RP Suspension

• 1 Week RP Suspension

Level 2 Infractions will be sent out to members for serious misconduct or repeated violations

Level 3 Infractions (Removal)

• Kick

• Permanent Ban

Level 3 Infractions will be sent out against members for major rule breaches, disrespectful conduct or further repeated violations after several warnings, if misconduct or repeat violations will be a kick, major rule breach or misconduct will result in a Perma Ban

We have an appeals process at Los Santos Dept of Justice RP cause we like to give our members are chance to retry and have a new opportunity to learn from there previous mistakes! If you believe you have now matured and outgrown your recent mistakes, you can appeal by clicking the appeal button however it must be very accurate from your knowledge, it cannot be from an AI!
