The SAFR covers all fire and ems operations. They provide medical care, fire suppression and rescue operations throughout San Andreas.Â
All members are trained in emergency radio and CAD procedures for realistic response scenarios

SAFR Duties:
Fire Suppression, responds to and extinguish structural and environmental fires
Medical Response, provide immediate care to injured or ill civilians and law enforcement personnel
Rescue Operations, perform extrications, water rescues and technical rescues during emergencies
Disaster Response, handle large scale incidents such as explosions, mass casualty events and natural disasters
Coordination with dispatch, maintain radio discipline and follow CAD-based incident management
Subdivisions:
Fire Operations Division; Handles all fire suppression activities from structural fires to vehicle fires and hazardous situations which is responsible by HAZMAT
Rescue Division: Specializes in vehicle extractions, confined space rescues and technical recovery operations
Hazardous Materials Division (HAZMAT): Responds to chemical, explosive and radiological emergencies
Training Requirements:
All SAFR members are required to complete the following trainings:
- Phase 1 - Basic Fire/EMS Training (Covering medical and fire response)
- Phase 2 - Advanced Scene Management (Covering multi agency coordination and large scale incidents)
Quarterly Refresher Evaluations to maintain active certification and ensure adherence to SOP's
