Linda Spinks - Managing Director

Linda Spinks has worked at the University of Cambridge since 2004 both as a Business Analyst and more recently as Continuous Improvement Lead. She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and have been delivering training in Lean and Continuous Improvement to staff across the collegiate University since 2017. In addition to this, she has worked with teams to help them improve their processes.

She is an active member of the LeanHE Global community, as chair of the North and Midlands steering group and by presenting at multconferences. She contributed a chapter to the Book "Global Lean for Higher Education - A Themed Anthology of Case Studies, Approaches, and Tools" (Yorkstone).

She says:

"I have a passion for Business Improvement, and gain huge satisfaction from assisting people in becoming more efficient and effective, therefore allowing them to perform more added-value tasks. My main strength is that I can connect with those people without blinding them with buzzwords and methodologies, hence receiving positive feedback from customers.

I get a great deal of satisfaction from sharing my passion for Lean thinking with others and hold accreditation with the Lean Competency System to enable me to do this.  I am excited to be able to deliver certificated training up to practitioner level either remotely via video or in person."
