Cancellation Policy – Lovkush The Event Planner & Decor

1. Cancellations

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via Email or WhatsApp).
  
  

• Once booking is confirmed, the token amount is non-refundable.
  
  

2. Refunds

• Once approved by management, the refund amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 7 working days.
  
  

• Minimum cancellation charge: ₹500.
  
  

3. Additional Terms

• All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
  
  

• In case of cancellation, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged
  OR the amount can be adjusted in the next booking within 1 year.
  
  

Note:

• Token amount is mandatory at the time of booking.
  
  

• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event.
  
  

• Cancellation Policy:-

Either Cancellation Charge of Half Total Booking Amount or Adjusted in next booking amount witihin in 1 year.
