Booking Confirmation:
All bookings must be confirmed at least 24-48 hours in advance with a minimum booking amount as discussed.Advance Payment:
We require an advance payment to secure your booking. The balance amount should be paid on or before the event date.Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation before 48 hours of the event: Full refund of advance.
Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund of advance.
Rescheduling is allowed based on availability.
Decoration Time:
The decoration setup time depends on the design and scale. Customers must ensure timely venue access for smooth setup.Damage or Loss:
Any damage to the decoration items or rental props during the event due to negligence will be chargeable.Design Changes:
Last-minute design changes may not be accommodated. Kindly finalise themes and designs at least 48 hours before the event.Photography & Promotion:
We reserve the right to use photos/videos of the decorations for our social media and promotional purposes. If you wish otherwise, kindly inform us in writing at the time of booking.Outdoor Decorations:
In case of outdoor setups, weather conditions may affect the decor. We are not responsible for damage caused by rain, wind, or any natural cause.Service Areas:
Our services are available in Delhi NCR and nearby areas, subject to availability and additional travel charges if applicable.Acceptance:
Booking our services implies acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
