Lovkush The Event & Decor
These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Lovkush The Event & Decor to the Client. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to these Terms.
1. Services
Lovkush The Event & Decor provides event planning and decoration services as outlined in the proposal or contract provided to the Client.
Any changes to the agreed services must be confirmed in writing by both parties.
2. Booking & Payment
Booking
A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total event cost are required to secure your booking.
Token Amount: Required at the time of booking.
Remaining Amount: Payable at the time of the event.
Payment Schedule
Full payment must be received before the event date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Refund policy:
Booking once confirmed is non-refundable.
Minimum cancellation charge: ₹500.
Cancellation charges will be either half of the total booking amount OR the amount will be adjusted in the next booking within 1 year.
Once a refund is approved by management, it will be credited to the Client’s account within 7 working days.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate event details, including date, location, and decoration requirements.
Ensure access to the venue for setup and breakdown at agreed times.
Obtain all necessary permits or permissions for the event.
4. Liability
Lovkush The Event & Decor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client.
5. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemics.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and materials provided by Lovkush The Event & Decor remain the property of the Company.
Clients may not use, reproduce, or share these materials without written consent.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi.
8. Amendments
These Terms may only be modified by a written agreement signed by both parties. Changes will take effect only after being documented and signed.
