LTNCEN hosts food drives throughout the year.
Our vision is to own a 24hr “restaurant” that will be provide free meals to the under served and the unhoused. We will offer dine in and delivery services to the community.
During the 2019 pandemic, we cooked and distributed 105 hot meals to families in St. Tammany Parish, La feeding over 25 families. We knocked and dropped the meals at the door for contactless deliveries.
In 2020, we partnered with a local food truck service to distribute over 200 hot meals to the town of Lacombe, Louisiana. We collected and distributed over 100 cases of bottled water to Lake Charles, La after they were devastated by two hurricanes, Laura and Delta. We also supplied several families in Lake Charles with clean clothes for both children and adults.
In 2022, we cooked and distributed over 50 hot meals to the under resourced and unhoused of the city of Decatur, Georgia. And later that year, we collected and distributed non-perishable food to a needy family in Newton county, Ga. We have partnered with local gas stations and package stores to distribute hot meals in July.
We collected and distributed adult and children clothes; toys; non-perishable food and hygiene products to over 50 families of St. Tammany parish Louisiana. This parish was negatively affected by hurricane Ida.
We collected over 50 cases of bottled water to be distributed to the residents of Florida due to hurricane Ian’s destruction.
In 2023, we hosted a food drive in Decatur, Ga. serving over 100 people hot meals and water.
