Rhyah Austrie Reyes is a 21-year-old, Executive Assistant at Empatho and currently taking up Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Studies at the University of the Philippines (UP) - Open University. She has taken up her first year as an undergraduate in BS Development Communication at the UP - Los Baños, a Global Goals advocate, and a Filipino Youth volunteer. She is also the Former Region IV-A Director for Communications and Promotions of the 2030 Youth Force in the Philippines. She mainly advocates for Sustainable Development Goal 16 which focuses on empowering peaceful nation-building and foresees the impact of embracing diversity.

Her affiliation with different organizations with instilled advocacies led her to dedicate most of her time to writing, advocating, and volunteering. As a writer, her press releases for SDG Bayanihan Summit 2020 were published in numerous online publications such as InquirerPOP, DZUP, GREENGIANT.FM, and Ang Baybayin.
