Conference Fees

Early Bird Registration Fees (before December 30, 2023):

Student/Postdoc : $60

Faculty: $100

Regular Registration Fees (from December 31, 2023):

Student/Postdoc : $70

Faculty: $110

Poster Submission Fee: $25 (deadline January 12, 2024)

Poster sizes can be a maximum of 4'x 3' (1.20 m x .91m).  Limited number of posters is available (first come-first served basis). Please submit early.

Please include a short (100 words) abstract.
