Registration
Unfortunately, due to changes in regulations we are unable to use Eventbrite for registration. This also means that we are unable to accept credit-card payments as we have in the past.
Registration fees can be made by:
Using e-transfer to: loveconference@gmail.com. Please make sure you write your full name in the message window of the e-transfer. If you are paying for more than one participant, or are paying for both registration and poster submission please note that in the message as well.
Cheque paid to the order of Lake Ontario Visionary Establishment. Please mail cheques to: Dr. Asaf Gilboa, Rotman Research Institute at Baycrest, 3560 Bathurst Street, Toronto, ON, M6A 2E1
If you cannot register by e-transfer (e.g. US attendants) or cheque please email us at loveconference@gmail.com and we will make other arrangements.

Conference Fees
Early Bird Registration Fees (before January 5th, 2026):
Student/Postdoc : $65
Faculty: $110
Regular Registration Fees (from January 6th, 2026):
Student/Postdoc : $75
Faculty: $120
Poster Submission Fee: $30 (deadline January 5th, 2026)
Poster sizes can be a maximum of 4'x 3' (1.20 m x .91m). Limited number of posters is available (first come-first served basis). Please submit early.
