Program Plan Options

*During enrollment, any changes need to be brought forward 1 month in advance.

On your child's first day of school, the month's tuition is due.
For every month after the first month, tuition will be due on the 1st. If the 1st falls on a weekend or a holiday, the due date will be the previous business day.
Payment will be taken between the hours of operation, 7:00 am through 5:30 pm. Monday through Fridays, excluding holidays.
Payments accepted:

  2. Checks - Payable to: LOVE A KEIKI LEARNING CENTER.
  3. Credit/Debit Cards - Please process through this pay link, found here.
No refund of tuition will be given while your child is absent for any reason, including sickness and/or vacation.

Deposit

- 1/2 of the selected Program Plan will be required to reserve the opening spot. This will be returned after the last week of instruction.
- If any student account is in bad standing, the deposit will be forfeited.

Late Tuition

- Any tuition payment received after the 5th will be considered late, and subject to the Late Payment Fee.
- If the tuition is not paid by the 15th, your child may be subject to administrative dismissal.

Returned Checks

- Tuition check payments that are returned will be subject to the Returned Check Fee.
- Returned checks are subject to the Late Payment terms and conditions.
- After any returned checks, payments must be made in cash only.

Late Pickup

- Any pick up of a child after 5:30 pm (Full Day Plan or Part-Time Plan) or 12:30pm (Half Day Plan) is considered a ‘Late Pick Up’.
