Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health and free of any life-threatening disabilities. The puppy has received appropriate medicale vaccinations and care including parvo vaccination and deworming. Seller will provide the buyer with records.
Should life threatening diseases or disability be discovered by the buyer within 72 hours of receipt of the puppy and attested to in writing to the seller by the buyer’s licensed veterinarian, the seller will provide the buyer with a replacement puppy. If the buyer elects to return the puppy the buyer must return the puppy within 7 days of signing this contract and provide a written veterinarian certificate stating the puppy was in ill health.
The buyer agrees that any and all transportation costs and or form the seller’s premises, and all veterinary fees, will be at the cost and sole responsibility of the buyer.
General Terms and Conditions for 12-month Guarantee
If the puppy is diagnosed with any congenital or genetic life-threatening detect determined by a veterinarian. The Seller reserves the right to a second opinion by a veteran of the seller’s choice. In the event the puppy dies the buyer must provide an autopsy report to an accredited diagnostic lab.
If the buyer qualifies for a replacement puppy the puppy will be replaced with a puppy of equal quality of the original puppy when a puppy becomes available. If the buyer chooses a puppy greater value the buyer shall pay the difference in price. At no time will they issue a cash refund in lieu of replacement.
The seller does not warranty the following conditions because they are very common in dogs: skin allergies, intestinal bacteria, parasites, mites, hernias, eye ulcers, gastrointestinal disorders.
The seller does not guarantee ears to stand in the event the ears are cropped.
The seller does not guarantee size of the puppy, show quality, breeding quality, temperament, or disposition.
The seller only provides Limited AKC Registration, not Full AKC Registration. The BUYER agrees not to breed the Dog at any time. Breeding of the Dog will automatically result in reversion of the Dog's ownership to the SELLER. The BUYER must return the Dog to the SELLER at the BUYER's expense.All puppies are sold on a STRICT NON-BREEDING contract. Buyer agrees to spay or neuter this dog by 12 (twelve) months of age. Buyer must send proof to Seller via. e-mail. Upon execution of this contract, Buyer agrees this dog is being sold as a PET and will never be used for breeding. Failure to follow through with the spay/neuter contract as outlined above will terminate your Health Warranty unless a Breeder's Addendum is signed before purchase. Any legal fees incurred by the Seller to enforce this non-breeding contract are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Should the buyer return the puppy AKC registration, veterinary records including vaccinations must be returned with the puppy.
The seller is not responsible for any veterinary fees.
In the event the buyer must rehome the puppy the buyer must notify the seller before rehoming the puppy. The seller must approve of the puppy’s new home or the buyer must return the puppy to the seller. The seller cannot guarantee any refund.
In the event the seller should become aware of the puppy not being cared for properly such as being tied or on a stake and left outside, not receiving proper nutrition, not receiving proper veterinary care, or not having proper shelter. The seller has the right to remove the puppy from the premises with no refund.
This document represents the final, total, and complete agreement between the buyer and seller
(breeder). The breeder neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, other than those written in the agreement including without limitation, the Buyer’s signature below indicates he/she has read the contract and agrees to the terms and conditions.
