This evidence based creativity themed infographic was designed collaboratively on Adobe Illustrator. At the early stage of the design process technology tools such as Draw.io and Coogle for mind mapping were used to generate ideas for content and messaging as well as the visual layout.

The infographic developed over a series of sketches and online design sessions as shown on the left side of the page. The central message communicated in the infographic took precedence over the coffee house metaphor.

The objective of this project was to design a high quality infographic that promotes educator creativity through awareness and engagement in evidence-based teaching strategies for creative and playful learning across all disciplines in higher education (HE). This guide provides a route to creative teaching by way of tried and tested strategies allowing educators to engage at differing levels, from entry level to deep involvement in more compex creative methodologies. The methods selected include a mix of traditional and high tech pedagogical tools and range from low level implementation solutions to those requiring a significant investment of time and effort, offering choice in creative approaches adopted.
